How Online Coaching Works:

Your journey with Oran Donovan Fitness begins with a free 30-minute consultation call, where we will talk about your present engagement with fitness, training history, and future goals and ambitions. The 6-Week Programme delivery method will be outlined, and we will discusss what it means to you to achieve these goals.

When you choose to pursue with Oran Donovan Fitness, you will then receive an invite to the TeamBuildr suite. This platform allows for tailor-made programmes to be sent directly to you, alongside explanations, videos, and messaging features. In addition to Teambuildr access, you will receive weekly check-in calls to discuss your progress, and will have access to 24/7 messaging support.

NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, currently studying an M.Sc. in Strength & Conditioning in St Mary’s University, Twickenham. My philosophy is built on evidence-based coaching & educational excellence.

Graduating from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Nanoscience, I’ve since obtained an NFQ Level 5 Diploma in Personal Training from Setanta College, alongside an NFQ Level 6 Certificate in Functional Screening and Resistance Training.

Working as an S&C Coach for Bohemian Football Club and Trinity Rugby, I've trained international footballers & provincial rugby players, from academy grade to senior professionals. I know what it takes to achieve high performance, and how to bridge the gap between you and your athletic goals.

My Story

I've grown up as a sports fanatic, having an extensive background in competitive football and table tennis. While sport was my world, the world of sport didn't always seem like it had a place for me.

I know what it's like to feel inferior - physically & mentally. Diagnosed with a rare congenital Growth Hormone Deficiency, I was the smallest of my peers, on the pitch and elsewhere, and my lack of physical prowess made it hard to compete. My hormone replacement treatment gave me a new sense of hope, starting at age 14. But the true catalyst for change came at age 18, when I decided to begin my fitness journey. For the first time in my life, I took the opportunity to improve my physique & athleticism into my own hands.

My life changed trajectories from that day, and I've never looked back. I improved my appearance, performance, mental health, and made new friends for life. Most significantly, I changed careers, and want to help others achieve similar feats. I've since worked with everyone from recreational runners to elite collegiate athletes, and I know what it takes to reach an athletic or aesthetic goal. I want to help you become the best version of yourself, and can't wait to hear from you!
